Not at all. Our classes are designed for every fitness level, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Every exercise includes modifications so you can work at your own pace and build up over time. The hardest part is walking through the door, and we make everything after that easy.

What should I expect at my first visit?

You'll meet with one of our coaches for a quick intro to talk about your goals and fitness background. Then you'll experience your first class firsthand, fully guided, fully supported. No pressure, no judgment, just a great workout.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive shoes (cross-trainers or running shoes work great). Bring a water bottle, we have everything else you need. No special equipment required.

Is this good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Our 48-52 minute classes combine cardio, strength, and functional training for a full-body workout that burns calories and builds lean muscle. With six different class styles rotating every four weeks, your body never plateaus. Members regularly see results within the first month.

We're located at 4381 South Ferdon Boulevard, Suite 4, in Crestview, FL. Free parking is available right in front of the studio. We're easy to find and convenient for families in Crestview, Eglin AFB, Baker, and the surrounding areas.

Do you offer youth programs and childcare?
